My name is Sharyn Bovat & Tennessee has allowed for me a whistleblower who told about "massive" discrimination happening (women in management dropped from 20,9% in 2006 to 10% in 2009 the year I whistle blew).

In Tennessee I've been bullied - slandered - jailed and harassed simply because I spoke up for what is morally right.I believe in the spirit of the Olympics and it would make me sad to see something so beautiful destroyed by the inhumanity that is done in this state.

The Feds NEED to Investigate the Tennessee politicians ALONG with NISSAN - Kisber- Farr and others that profited on Green Industiries and wasted FEDERAL money. I Want OUT of this State & Told Mr. Johnson I Want my Reputation Back. If any of the reporters on this email "care" about Tennessee YOU will Investigate.  All I want is for the facts to be exposed. Why does NOBODY care that NISSAN is over 4 Billion in IDB debt and is NOT creating jobs promised?   Bond debt in Tennessee counties is "out of control"  the City of Franklin has a LOT of debt service payments.  Money is being taken away from the schools. 

Why did the State of Tennessee give NISSAN 50 times MORE money that other companies bring over the same # of jobs?  

Also investigate ALL the others.... it's a LONG list & I've been fighting fraud in Tennessee for OVER 3 years.  I filled out an FBI report when reporting a death threat - NOW I have new names...   Tennessee scares me.

Jack Johnson told me today "you were convicted of trespassing."  He Knows that ALL I've done for 3 years is "rant" about fraud, discrimination & corruption.  Why did he not ask about issues I've uncovered....  I know why - my blogs viewers have told me he's part of the problem.  Some deals were NOT made with the best interest of the taxpayers. 

Good people from Tennessee that are tired of the corruption tell me about issues because they want the politicians in this state to be "ethical" they want the courts cleaned up.  Jack Johnson did NOT care about the fraud and wasted spending.  I told him that I was offered money to be silent.  I spoke up because I "care" about people and society.  IF you do NOT want to live in a civilized society then keep standing by Jack Johnson, Lamar Alexander and others.   They are the voice of Apathy and the status quo. It's time for Tennessee to decide what kind of society do you want to live in.  The door is open for ethical people to "insist on change"... Please for the next generation..... go through the door.  


Message to Jack Johnson:  Sir- You were "rude to me & the trespassing charge was "sworn out" by a NISSAN executive that wasted taxpayer money.

Most of you know this but I'm INNOCENT but nobody cares.  I had a lawyer that did NOTHING & lied to me.  The ADA Terry Wood lied.  Judge Jeff Bivins let a case continue one that's not even a crime.   Either he's a "moron" or corrupt.   Judge (Robbie Beal) let most of my subpoenas get quashed (moron or corrupt) - I was NOT able to have a "defense"  my constitutional rights were taken away... & Jack Johnson says to me "you were convicted" YES!!! & I want a retrial.. with a court system that's NOT corrupt- The DOJ told me to file a civil suit against NISSAN - I tried that BUT Judge Easter accepted an affidavit from Terry Wood the ADA who LIED.  He Said NISSAN played no part in my persecution... which is a LIE.  Does ANYONE in Tennessee want the truth?

My name is Sharyn Bovat, I'm also known as the NISSAN Whistleblower. I blog about fraud in reference to the NISSAN Leaf and about the "internal battle for control" going on at the Renault NISSAN Alliance. I got a lot of information while I worked for Carlos Tavares during his relocation. I knew that people in America wanted Hiroto Saikawa to become the next CEO and that man allowed for discrimination to happen. Women in management at NISSAN North America went from 20.9% in 2006 to 10% in 2009. The issues at NISSAN North America got worse when in 2009 with a major cash flow problem 1.4 Billion was taken from the American taxpayers to build a car with "outdated" technology. I was told the car would "fail" and NISSAN could not afford to pay back the loan. I spoke up and became a whistleblower. Because I did people connected to Carlos Ghosn have terrorized. I learned on the executive floor at NISSAN that Ghosn hired "ex Nixon CIA" he met from his Michelin days. He used them to "stay in control".

Recently I posted a receipt showing I purchased the domain "Freedom for the Renault Three" On January 13th 2011 the same day they were accused. Then I contacted the French Consulate in Atlanta and San Francisco and many reporters. Including David Pearson of the Wall Street Journal & others.

The men were being set up to take the fall for the "failed EV". . Just today I got a strange email from Renault. I'm going to forward that to the American legal community. Lots of taxpyayer money was wasted to build an electric car with the technology from the 90's. The Renault NISSAN alliance used technology from the C.A.R.B. days. my source that gave me the information BEFORE the executives were accused believes that since a limited amount of people knew this the men were blamed. Then they wanted to blame the "failed" EV on the Chinese saying they stole the technology. Who would steal "outdated" technology? 

I was told it could lead to MAJOR diplomatic problems GLOBALLY & the men had to be vindicated. luckily the blogging worked. 

FYI One of the alleged French spies lived in Tennessee for a while and the other two are connected to people that I knew via my former work as a relocation consultant used for NISSAN highest level executives. 

You will see on the link that I started a blog to "free" them from the allegation 12 days BEFORE Carlos Ghosn when on TV saying he had "multiple proofs" the fact is someone connected to the international intelligence community told me that the "proof" had not yet been manufactured and their was an limited opportunity to save the lives of the three French men. 

I'm NOW mad at the French for a person connected to the French intelligence verified I was the person that was "correct" and still the French allowed for "me" to be viciously bullied and slandered by NISSAN executives.

I've got it documented that I told you about fraud in reference to the NISSAN Leaf and YOU never did anything.
So you "really" think NISSAN can pay back the 1.4 billion DOE loan?  A loan that is backed with collateral that's a 2 BILLION dollar Rutherford County IDB bond.  

A few weeks ago a guy connected to the intelligence community told me that "corrupt people can change - zealots can't " that means that Haslam's people that appointed the corrupt judges are 
better for "this" society than people like YOU and Mae Beavers.  It's sad -  I had hope for Mae but she KNEW I was "railroaded" and did NOTHING - The state legislature is filled with biblical hypocrites.

NISSAN has more debt in Tennessee than an estimated 11 times the "global" companies profits.  I was told they'd have to go BK (restructure) That's Wall Street lingo speak for BANKRUPT.
I really think someone should investigate. I've already sent stuff to DC & talked to people at the DOJ. I'm meeting with Senator Jack Johnson on Tuesday to ask for a TBI investigation - Odd are he won't do anything BUT I want to at least ask.  Like I said in the previous paragraph - trying to get Zealots to listen is impossible so with Jack Johnson their is hope. 



FYI- The Williamson County ADA Terry Wood lied on an affidavit and the TN  judge TIm Easter still based a decision on the word of a"liar". 

  It's beyond UNCONSTITUTIONAL what is happening in the Tennessee courts. Is it true Jeff Bivins LOST an election then got appointed back to the bench. VERY few judges lose elections?  He was a Judge that let "trumped up" charges against a whistle blower continue:  Judge Robbie Beal Quashed most of my subpoena's - he left me a very limited defense.  Then I learned that my lawyer - lied to me & he did not do his job to the best of him ability.  



I've sent letters to the United Nations about the massive discrimination and inhumanity at NISSAN North America  -I've sent a complaint to the American Bar Association - In reference to the NISSAN fraud -I have asked for SEC investigations, along with DOE IGO, and CIA IGO.  I spoke to a DOJ lawyer who told me to sue NISSAN civilly BUT due tot he corrupt judges I'm going to go back and tell him that the Judges dismissed a "valid" malicious prosecution case and I really think that a criminal FEDERAL racketeering investigation is what has to be done.  Also - a Hate crime investigation on the bullying and death threats that I received.  To be candid I'm tired of "ranting" but NISSAN and the courts have hurt my reputation so UNTIL I get that back I'm gonna fight for RESPECT for all people. 
Sir, can you please make sure NISSAN pays back the money will be paid back to the taxpayers.  I tried to stop it BUT people bullied me, some said I was gay.  YES!!! I tried to save the American taxpayers BILLIONS and people in Tennessee made my life miserable.

Boise State University:  The study interviewed 484 heterosexual women. 60 percent said they were sexually attracted to other women, 45 percent had kissed another woman and 50 percent had same-sex sexual fantasies.

I've been fighting for the American taxpayer for over 3 years.  Do you care that NISSAN wasted over 1 billion American tax dollars?  
It's becoming quite clear that people have abused me because I'm a "perceived gay"... I want a hate crime investigation.

Sir, LOTS of women have kissed women... Just like a lot of people "tried" pot.  Just because they tried pot does
not make them drug addicts.   Sir, I want to know WHY I'm not respected in Tennessee.  

Maybe we need a bill passed giving "disclosure" forms to companies thinking of moving to Tennessee.  It should state that
WARNING - the courts in Tennessee are CORRUPT & if your not a puritan then Do NOT move here.

NISSAN Was able to do this because after I issued my subpoenas Joe Baugh the NISSAN hired former DA made a motion to appear on behalf of the "stalking" victim (NISSAN). Prior to that he was a EVERY court appearance starting July 2010.



The State of Tennessee Statue CLEARLY States that a VICTIM is an "Individual"..


They KNEW That it would be "thorn out" in appeal.  The fact is NISSAN had a "reason" to have the whistleblower jailed 3 times.  They wanted her DISCREDITED.


Based on "this" Bovat did NOT get a fair trial for the Trespass charge with a maximum penalty of $50.

The Baker Donelson lawyer Brigid Carpenter said in court that Sharyn would have had the "same" stress with or without the stalking charge.  THAT is obviously NOT true. The stalking charge had 11 months in jail.  It's something Sharyn Bovat did NOT do & being called a stalker has damaged the reputation of Sharyn Bovat & has harmed her child.  

Imagine living in a small town having your mommy accused of stalking the largest employer.








Bovat's lawyer did NOTHING he too needs to be investigated. 
He had a "conflict of interest"....
